Accessing HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal
Ensure that your system meets the following device OS and browser requirements to access the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal application.
The following mobile OS versions support the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app:
Android 4.4 KitKat or later
iOS 9 or later
The following versions of the web browsers support the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal web application:
Google Chrome 56 or later
Mozilla Firefox 54 or later
Internet Explorer 9 or later
Microsoft Edge 13 or later
Safari 7 or later
To log in to the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal, launch the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal from the mobile device or the web interface. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the access point setup, if the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web interface is launched for the first time.
If you are signing in for the first time, enter the registered email ID and password in the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal app stores the credentials and attempts to validate them every time the app is launched. Hence, for all future logins, OfficeConnect displays the home page directly.

The home page is displayed based on the number of sites associated with your account. For multiple sites associated with your account, you have the option to choose a site from the list before you are taken to the respective home page.
To reset your HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal login password, follow these steps:
1. | Click | on the login screen.
2. | Enter the email address associated with your HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal account in the space provided. |
3. | Click | . The instructions to create a new password will be sent to your email address.
4. | Open the link provided in the email. The change password page is displayed. |
5. | To change the password of your HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal account, confirm your email address and enter a new password. |
6. | Click | . An acknowledgment message that your password has been changed successfully is displayed on the screen.
